Steps to deploy AnyCast DNS !!

We're currently working with unicast Bind Dns whose ip is(1.2.3.4) where our domain test.com is hosted. We need to deploy AnyCast DNS server in local ISP (Asia) and advertise its ip to our Local ISP router in order to route any request for test.com from Local ISP clients (tier1,tier2) towards the local ANYCast DNS. Its our first time experience with AnyCast and i have few confusions and questions regarding its deployment.

1. We're already working with simple unicast DNS (1.2.3.4) which is located in US. But, to deploy anycast DNS we need to advertise a single DNS ip(using quagga software)to our Local ISP router via BGP protocol.
Can we use the unicast DNS ip 1.2.3.4 for anycast DNS ?

2. I read somewhere that it is required to buy a whole ip space i.e 1.2.3.0/24 for anycast advertisement.

If someone can guide me on that, i'll be really thankful.
