SSH Tunneling WIN XP machine to Linux

Now I am not sure that this has been asked but what I want to do is run bit torrent from my machine through a tunnel on campus. I have access to ssh so I believe I can start a download remotely, but I want the download to tunnel through campus to capitalize on the superior bandwith and proximity of campus to my computer.

I think this is possible but I am not sure how? Any thoughts appreciate.
