Dear ! All,
This is Rahul Kumar.I want to configure squid proxy server but i have only one card.
My Server IP Address:-192.168.1.100
default gateway-192.168.1.2 and 2nd 192.168.1.1 (ISP Give IT)
primary dns-202.56.215.54 (ISP Give IT)
secondary dns-202.56.215.55 (ISP Give IT)
Isp cable is connect with switch and my server is also connect with same switch.
Internet is not working at client while is working fine at my server.
what do you mean by that?
from your provided information - i dont see you have a router or anything.
and there is no relation between configuring squid and internet is not working for the LAN.
do you have (or need) a router before you go to the internet?
have you configured any internet-related application like DNS, gateway etc for the client?

how nice
and, no offense of course - as a linux certified professional, IMHO - then you should already knew what squid is all about, and which other application should enable an internet connection sharing?
from your provided information then you should know what, where, and which thing needs to be fixed/done of course
I know about squid server ? Do u know all about squid if yes then slove it .
Dear ! Rossonier,

Rahul:
Please write and spell clearly, you're very difficult to understand. Also, there's no need to be insulting...Rossonier brings up a good point. If you are RHCE, you should already KNOW how to set up routing tables, and what Squid is used for. Coming here and bullying people by saying things like "Then solve it or go away", isn't a good way to get ANYONE to help you with ANYTHING, but you seem to do it on almost every post you make. If you're using RedHat Enterprise, why don't you CALL THEM FOR SUPPORT.
This question has been covered on here before, too, and a brief search will show you the responses. This page:
Will give you more info on a single-nic configuration, which I found after a quick Google search. Unless the Squid server has two NIC's, it's very easy for clients to bypass it, unless you're doing DNAT on a switch, which renders Squid almost pointless with a single NIC.
Dear ! TB0ne Sir,
I am sorry to say ,I do not want to use any bad word for anyone.I do not want to insult Mr. Rossonier.
But see his activity first."He is saying there is no relation between configuring squid and internet is not working for the LAN."
What does it shows ? If he do not know very much about squid. He should not be attend this problem.I worked on Squid Sever many times .I like this web very much.I share my views & solve many times in this web.
I create a Virtual NIC rest of all leave same. Now it is working.I appreciate u and knowledge.
I have been fixed this issue.

No, he was right, and you were out of line. You've had 23 total posts here, and have acted this way on several of them. And as he pointed out, if you are RHCE, and have done so much work with Squid, why did you post such a simple problem?
Also, AGAIN, write clearly...your sentences make very little sense.
