squid config question

I have a web server which can only serve https requests and I have a squid which 1. needs to cache the content of the server and also 2. I want to reach that host using http. That means I want for example:
wget https://host/some/data and wget http://host/some/data do the same thing (so squid will deliver the same cached file).
Is there any way/tutorial/example to implement it?
