Question Setting up network printer in samba using EPS4-100

I have a EPS4-100 Network printer box I want to hook a HP920 printer up to it so I don't have to have it hook to my windows box. The company said to do this below but I am little confused what to do. I just want to be able to print from my windows box.

(Company that makes the EPS4-100 TOLD ME THIS)
Redhat should support the lpd/lpr standard for printing, there should be
a printcap entry similar to:

:sd=/var/spool/lpd/lp1:\
:mx#0:\
:sh:\
:rm=eps:\
:rp=eps_text:\
:if=/var/spool/lpd/lp1/filter:

The :rm value is the name of the EPS that can be resolved to an IP
address and the :rp value is a service on the EPS. If you telnet to the
EPS and login to the Local> prompt you can use the SHOW SERVICE LOCAL
CHAR command for a list of services.
