Setting up bridge network

I'm having to set up a centOS 7 server that will be running KVM to run multi. virtual machines. This isn't anything new, but this server will be sent off to a remote office once I finish setting up the server. The server will have 2 network cards which I planned on setting up as dhcp, but to get the kvm up and running I have to use one of those cards to setup a bridge network. I know the network gateway here and the other info, but I don't know about the remote office. I'm emailing people to find out, but what would you recommend?

The bridge network is for local and can't share with remote.
