safesquid service doesnot start

Greetings to all

I just installed red hat ent 5 and instlled safesquid but can not start its service when I try to start I got this following messages

I loged with root and selinux is disabled aswell. Looking forward for your kind resonse.

There seems to be some problem with permissions. Maybe you did not log in as root when you installed SafeSquid. Try the following check files and permissions -

/etc/init.d/safesquid dircheck

This should correct your problem.
