Unhappy ROUTE - I almost there - What´s missing?

I have this network:

ADSL router - 10.10.0.7

Linux server -
eth0 = 192.168.0.100
eth1 = 10.10.0.8

One of Windows workstation has IP 192.168.0.233 ,and gateway 192.168.0.100.
From Windows , I can ping to 10.10.0.8

Why I cant ping to 10.10.0.7?
And to Internet?

What´s missing? Some route?
Must I put some route in the ADSL router? Which route?

I have studied the subject a lot, but I´m confused. I would apreciate your HELP.

Thanks,

Daniel

Yes, I have put the folowing command:

Yes, I have put the folowing command in /etc/rc.d/rc.local:

echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

I checked with more /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

It's OK. (value it's 1)

Do I have to use iptables ou just the routing?
(I'm think in first have the routing working, and after I'm going to install security with iptables)
