rm: unable to remove `/coredump/SUNSP .webgo.core.7942': No space left on device

I am trying to reach RHEL5 terminal server thru serial port. When I ssh to terminal server using
ssh -p <port> user@terminalserverIP and entered password I got this message

rm: unable to remove `/coredump/SUNSP8.webgo.core.7942': No space left on device

Any idea how to resolve this. Your help is much appreciated
