RHEL 5 Iscsi configuration

Ok I've been trying to get this working, but I need help.

I've been trying to get an iscsi target configured on my RHEL 5 server. The problem I keep running into is I tell it to login to a target, but everytime I reboot the server it finds and logs into every iscsi target available on the server.

First I need to know how to make it only connect and login to the one target.

I think part of the problem might be that the first time I setup the configuration I ran
iscsiadm -m discovery -t sendtargets -p 192.168.2.72 and it added them all to the database. I've tried deleting them but it didn't appear to work.

This is the first time I've setup iscsi on a linux server. While I typically would plug at it until I learn it myself, I unfortunately don't have time for that now, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Aric

Hello,

Hope this will clear you if not could you please give some more information !!

Client side :
-------------

iSCSI Discovery and Set Automatic Login

# iscsiadm -m discovery -t st -p X.X.X.X

Where X.X.X.X is an IP address of the iSCSI array. Any IP address that the array uses for iSCSI traffic should work.

Then configure the host to automatically login to the discovered iSCSI Array.

#isciadm -m node -T target lun -p X.X.X.X -l

verify the disks/iscsi session by below command

# iscsiadm -m session

# fdisk -l
