Regarding the setup of VPN

[EDIT]I have one more question regarding the setup of VPN.

Now my config is like this.
Eth0 is having a ip 10.1.6.2, this interface is connected to ISP router of IP 10.1.6.254.

My VPN server is at 10.1.3.210, and I am having an interface 10.1.3.254 on the linux box to communicate with VPN server

I have a port forwarding in my ISP router that forward the 1723 port to 10.1.3.210.

Any advice in setting up the IP tables such 1723 port traffic from ISP forwarded to VPN server @ 10.1.3.210.
