Redundancy With 2 Links From 2 Different Isp

Hi ,

I have 2 Internet link, each one from a different ISP.
Example:
public static IP received from ISP 1 - 200.200.200.200
public static IP received from ISP 2 - 200.100.100.100

I have just 1 LINUX CPU with DNS, Apache and Postfix.
This Linux CPU will have 2 fixed IP's - 200.200.200.200 and 200.100.100.100

I'm thinking in doing this in Internic:
mydomain.com
primary DNS - 200.200.200.200
secundary DNS - 200.100.100.100

And in my Linux Server do the following in the DNS server:
www CNAME 200.200.200.200
www CNAME 200.100.100.100
mx preference=10 200.200.200.200
mx preference=100 200.100.100.100

What I need:
just LINK REDUNDANCY (at this moment, I Can't have 2 Cpu's)

I ask to you:
1-If one of the Internet link get down, everything it's going Automaticaly to continue working? (DNS, apache and postix) ?
2-When one link get down, it's going to have an delay to the second get in action ?
3-Does anyone have any other technical suggestion to my need ?

Hmmm Maybe setting your nic to use one address for eth0 and the other for eth0:0 (Virtual IP address) You can bind as many IP addresses as you want to the same NIC ya know.
