Raspberry pi zero headless over usb "from Linux" ?
Hi folks,
I'm a newbie for smb's and Linux. So i want to learn a lot of thing : )
I want to do headless ssh connection over usb but not from Windows. I want to use it from Linux. In Windows solves this situation with RNDIS driver but how can i do this from Linux?
Check the output of the ip a command to see if a USB ethernet adapter is created and if it is assigned an IP address on the linux PC.
Did you leave the Pi using an arbitrary IP address i.e 169.254.xxx.xxx or did you configure it with a fix IP address? If a fixed IP address you will also need to set an IP address on the linux side.
I have not played with ethernet over USB in many years...
