Pulling data from zterm

Hello everyone. I am tring to solve a problem where by my RAID controller is accessed via zterm (OK no problem). however i would like the ability to pull from zterm the log file and watch for a entry indicating that a drive has failed then be emailed to me indicating something to that effect.

Rather than manually going in a reading the long list of entries that the is produced

anythoughts?
