Problem with Samba on Mandrake 9.2

Hello,

I am running Mandrake ver 9.2 . I have created a share in Samba and I
am not able to see it from any of my other computers. I have two XP machines and a 98 laptop. I am running my
network from a 10/100 SMC switch and I was able to see the share
before, but I had to format my linux box and now that I reinstalled
mandrake, I cannot see the share. I have tried pinging all of my boxes from a terminal window in Mandrake, but I am not getting any response when I ping the computer name but I do get a response if I ping by IP address. I have Samba started and my smb.conf file is listed below. Please help.

[Global]

workgroup = workgroup
netbios name = Samba
encrypt passwords = yes

[homes]
read only = no
browseable = yes

[micah]
path = /micah
browseable = yes
valid users = micah
write list = micah
