Problem encountered during dovecot installation.

I hit a bit of hiccup in dovecot installation(pop3). There's a dependency on

dovecot-0.99.13-1.1.el3.rf.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID
error: Failed dependencies: is needed by dovecot-0.99.13-1.1.el3.rf
Suggested resolutions:

Can I install this ? Not sure if this affects any SQL installation in the
system ?

Kindly advise.

Thank you very much.
