POP3 Mail problem

Gud day! Guys please help me on this. I have already up a dhcp server and proxy server(i use squid for proxy). But when I try to access our Microsoft Outlook Express to check mail on our POP3 mail server, I encountered a problem and I cannot connect to the mail server.

Here's the last part of the error
Protocol POP3: Port 110 , Secure (SSL): No, Socket Error: 11004, Error Number: 0x800ccc0D

Can you give me guys some idea on how to solve this one. Thanks and I will wait for the replies. Godspeed!
