ntp - does it look normal

hello,
I've been playing with iptables and not sure if ( after all my changes ) ntp is working correctly:

Code:
[root@server ~]# ntpq -p
remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter

Thank you

the * means that you are synchronized to that service, so that's pretty groovy. 319 milliseconds off, which shoudl slowly converge back to around 0. looks good to me.
