NTL broadband probem still!!

Lol yeah I did read that one doesnt say anything bout the route tables though!!
The only problem I got now is everytime i turn the computer off.
When I start linux up again I have to add the default gateway, but I dont care at least it works lol

On FC3 I believe the configs you want to change are in some files located around /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts

If not, paste the contents of /etc/sysconfig and I'm sure I can tell you. Oh, I know...(goes off to ssh into a server running FC3).....

Ahh, see if you have a file called /etc/sysconfig/network if you do, then edit it and add GATEWAY=<your gateway IP address>

If there isn't one, create it. And add the following:

NETWORKING=yes
HOSTNAME=<your hostname>
GATEWAY=<your gateway IP address>
