Question Network win2k and redhat 7.2 need help


Hi,

first i'm realy newbie whit linux, then know very little...
I have a computer whit win2k then 1 whit redhat 7.2
i want to put the 2 in network via a 5 port hub to be able to connect remote on the linux machine then do admin task as well as accessing apache web on the linux machine..

i have a network card aopen AON325 that should support linux, but i realy dont know how to configure it...

Someone can help to do this or point me a guide to do this ?

I need lot of details because i'm fairly new to linux... :-(

Then btw i find the eth0 is not working ,

they tell :

insmod /lib/modules/2.4.7-10/kernel/drivers/net/8139t
oo.o: ismod eth0 failed...


Someone can help plz ?
