Network Monitoring

Hi Guys,

I'm running into some issues with my server due to the amount of data being requested. My upload speed is being maxed out and i want to know what by.. In the process of my investigation i have used..

TCPFlow - This gave me a good idea of what was being requested just not the network speed or data required to provided requested content

IFTop - This gave me a good idea of who was connecting to me and at what speeds but not what they where trying to access i.e Emails, Ftp, Ssh or GET requesting hosted files.

NLoad - This gave me a good look at the bandwidth being used but doesn't tell you by what or from who or what file..

IpTraf - Again this gives a good idea of whats connecting and host fast but doesn't shed any light on What they are trying to access i.e Emails, Ftp, Ssh, or GET requesting hosted files.

So my question is What is the best software to run through SSH on Centos 6.5 that will give me an idea of what is being requested by who and for how much upload speed..

Thanks
Mike
