Exclamation My bandwidth manager is craping out!!

I have a problem with a Red hat Linux 9.0 bandwidth manager.

I set it up using two interfaces, eth0 and eth1. eth0 connects to the satellite modem, while eth1 connects to the LAN.

I'm doing NAT for the external interface using a global Ip, and i'm using an internal band of IPs on eth1.

Im shaping traffic using htb, and am using the NAT to mark the packets so I can shape them, both on eth0 and eth1.

The thing is the NAT seems to work fine, and the shaping is also doing well, but it appears only the first IP in the private band is able to really access the net. The next IP, which I have given almost the same amount of bandwidth, can access the net, but continuously experiences time outs while accessing the ISPs Dns servers. I don't know if i'm doing anyhthing wrong, or if I have to make any changes to the setup, cause its really urgent, and I don't have a clue as to what could be causing it. Thanks.
