Not to sound silly or nothing but since your only listening to port 80 in your configuration could that be the reason why the sites SSL doesn't work...??? Or am I just sounding silly in all???

And if you take a peek at the virutalhost file in SSL directory (mandrake) you will be able to set up the ssl for other domains...

A better program than ifconfig is 'ip'.
<man ip> to learn more
use 'ip a' to shows everything (IP addresses).
