mrtg installation for two wan links

can any one help me in this matter of installating mrtg to monitor two
wan link connections. Here the scenario is that we are trying to configure
our linux machine as a backup of here we are using two wan links .BGP protocol is enabled in this linux naturally when one wan connection is down it will automatically switch to the other wan connection. But at this point we want to monitor the wan link connection
through mrtg and we are not getting an idea to configure two separate mrtgs
for two wan connections. So please send your valuable information on this matter as soon as possible

linux, router
