Thank you a lot.

I want the nodes moves in 3D according to underwater random-walk pattern which is implemented in the file "uw_mobility_rwp.h", but I don't know in which place I have to define it and what I have to add in my code so that nodes move according to that pattern.

I would be grateful if you can help me.

Dear all,

After digging further in the code of Aqua-Sim, I knew the answer.

We need to add the following lines in the tcl file (assuming that you set the maximum and the minimum speed of the mobile nodes):

1. $node_($i) cmd set-mobilitypattern $opt(mobilityPattern) ; #specifiy the type of mobility pattern where $opt(mobilityPattern) can be "RWP" for random walk and "kinematic" for kinematic mobility pattern.

2. $node_($i) set max_thought_time_ 1; #pause time in RWP, the default is zero

3. $node_($i) start-mobility-pattern ;#start node's mobility

Hope that would be useful for those who face the same problem.
