Unhappy MAC Address FFFFFFFFFFFF

Recently, I checked that my company network had some unnornal higher traffic than past and I used sniffit(v0.3.5) to check it and I haven't found out any problem. Then I setup iptraf again, and found that one MAC address (FFFF FFFF FFFF) have many bytes in. What is the MAC address FFFFFFFFFFFF represented?

All F's is the broadcast address for MAC frames.
