Ltsp terminal serial mouse doesn't work


Hello, i have been trying to make ltsp work but serial mouse doesn't work. They doesn't move. Here it is how i try to conf:

XSERVER = auto
X_MOUSE_PROTOCOL = "Auto"
X_MOUSE_DEVICE = "/dev/ttyS0"
X_MOUSE_RESOLUTION = 50
X_MOUSE_BUTTONS = 2
X_MOUSE_EMULATE3BTN = Y
USE_NFS_SWAP = Y
SWAPFILE_SIZE = 16m
RUNLEVEL = 5
How can i make it work?
