Looking for a Perl/php script to change IP/NM/GW/DNS1/DNS2 ...

I'm looking for a perl or php script that would let me change
IP address, Netmask, gateway and DNS servers.
I would like to call it from a web page, then reboot the machine or only make a
/etc/init.d/network restart

Does anyone know if this already exist ?

Yours

What's the command?

Joel Keeble, I'm a nube. What's the command for changing the IP address? Do you have to "use" something special at the beginning?
