On shell how can I list all the ip addresses that are currently connected to my device on a specific port (using netstat, nmap, lsof..etc)?

Example : I want to see all traffic in my eth0 at port 21.

Use iftop utility :
iftop -i eth0 -f "port 21"

or use netstat :
netstat -atupln | grep ":21 "
