libpisock.so in Linux 2.1 and Linux 3.0


I use this so -->libpisock.so for linking in Linux 2.1 . But in Linux 3.0 I do not find any such So's. Can anyone plz help me which is the equivalent.

There is no such thing as Linux 3.0, please rephrase your question, explain your situation and give more information.
