Please clean up that sentence, it's impossible to tell what your question is.

I'm just hazarding a guess and maybe you mean setup an ethernet bridge on some host and still run services on it? In that case, no. A bridge is IP-less, but services need to bind to an IP address.

Is there a way I can setup a Linux computer to run as a server on ports 5000-6000, while forwarding the remaining ports to either a router or a set of computers (considering that the Linux computer is acting as both a server and a router)?

Yes. You use IPTables for that... forward whatever ports you want forwarded to wherever you want them forwarded to and allow ports 5000-6000 in on the server/router to connect to whatever services you have running.
