Question iptraf command not found

I got iptraf and netconfig command not found in my system(RHEL 5 ).

Thanks in advance.

'iptraf' : # yum install iptraf

'netconfig' : Not seen since Redhat 8 ? ( 9 years ago.)
Please use # system-config-network.

However, there is a package on rpmpbone:
ftp://ftp.pbone.net/mirror/yum.trixb...2.2.1.i386.rpm
> > netconfig-0.8.24-1.2.2.1.i386.rpm

Finding missing files, commands : yum provides */<file-name>

..

iptraf needs to be run as an admin - on RHEL I'd suspect it won't be in the path of a normal user even if installed.
