iptables settings

Hello
I have this situation: I have two ethernet cards. Local 192.168.1.5. and external XXX.XXX.XXX.xXX. I want to share my connection to net to other computer. I have already setted up masquerade and everything works. But I want some good security.
I'm looking for some useful iptables configuration file with local network and shared connection.
And of course I want to accept connections from local network out but from out to local I want everything drop. Can anybody give me some configuration file?? I don't want to use exactly it but I need some examles.
Any suggestions can help.
Thanx
