I eddited my prior post I made some minor mistakes, try re-reading them.
the zeros in your routing tables need to be filled in or your still sending your requests to 0.0.0.0 wich is the default gateway for the local machine wich is not your windows box it is the linux box.
I made up the 192.54.0.10 part but what ever it is, you want that to show up as default when you type in route by itself.
you may also have to delete it first if it alread has a static route given to it
your current configuration would probably require to first delete
default BlackBox 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 eth0 by typing
/sbin/route delete 0.0.0.0
this is will probably get rid of an error when you add the route to the windows box as a gateway
right now you also have a static route to your local network and localhost, this is fine 192.168.0.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 eth0 127.0.0.1 * 255.0.0.0 U 0 0 0 lo
The computers are connected to a 10 Mbps hub via UTP cables.
I'm not using DHCP but static IPs instead as stated in my first post.
I can successfully ping all PCs on the LAN.
I get that error when I try to add the IP of my Internet Service Provider's remote gateway.

why do you want to add the ip address of the ISP's Gateway? This should be passed to you from the Windows box that actually has the connection.

you want to add the IP addess of the windows Host it is the gateway to your ISP's gateway. Is this what you are doing?
so you gave your windows machine an ip address of
194.249.64.207
if this is the address of the ISP's gateway then that would definately explain the network unreachable error.
