I have doubts on my FTP server.

Hello, i use "pure-ftpd" for run on my machine an FTP server, it looks good but i have a doubt: every user profile that i register for access to the ftp is able to log himself in the shell of my linux box, i do not want this, i just want that an FTP user may only enter by the FTP service and may only browse the FTP dedicated folders ... is it possible???

pure-ftpd support virtual users.
read ../pure-ftpd/README.VirtualUser or something like this.
