Howto get new ip from DHCP server

In windows if I need tell to DHCP server that I don`t use this ip any more I need write ipconfig -release and then I can join new computer. My provaider give me only one ip address and if I this take (he cotrol mac address) by linux I can`t to join other computer while not gone 12h and if I write in windows ipconfig -release I can join other computer.
Wich command is the same in Linux?

I don't know. Never need this before. Reading the dhcpcd man page (the dhcp client daemon) it says about the option "-n":

"Sends SIGALRM signal to the dhcpcd process that is currently running which forces dhcpcd to try to renew the lease. If dhcpcd is not running, the flag is ignored and dhcpcd follows the normal startup procedure."
