How to stop multi login to pptp vpn server on linux centos?


Hello

I installed pptp vpn server and everything is ok just unlimited users can connect to vpn server with same account. How can Stop them from sharing their accounts and just one user can connect with each account?

The file /etc/security/limits.conf can set max logins per user and total for system.

man limits.conf

It sounds interesting. Thank you. But I did not understand what exactly to type in limits.conf
Can you give me an example?
I have to set this for each pptp username? for username : leon
@leon - maxlogin 1

is this ok? the @ in first is true? Have I add pptpd in this line?
