how to release specified port

Hi, falks;

on my production environment,I have to use an specifical port which has been occupied by our main service.

So far as I know, its a permanent connection, and I don't want to wait its auto-exit, and I don't want to restart/reload the abisvr, what can I do?

Code:
# lsof -i:50251
COMMAND PID USER FD TYPE DEVICE SIZE NODE NAME
abicsvr  3842 edenca  390u  IPv4 -679478849       TCP m21-211.eca.internal:50251->m243-149.eca.internal:16121 (ESTABLISHED)
