Question how to game online behind squid?

Hi.
I've setup a redhat 9 server with httpd, qpopper, and squid.
So me and my girlfriends computers connect through the server using squid..

It all works fine, except that I can't play online games anymore...
I know it's because I'm behind a proxy, but how can i configure it so that I can play online games?

Thanx in advace guys...

No I have'nt
I've now disabled squid, and shared my internet, without using squid.
Now it runs just fine...

Do you know how to share your net without squid??

Well, the easiest way to share internet with your lan pc's is to by a cheap cable/dsl router. I have a dlink wireless that cost 29.00 after rebates. The reason for me to do the squid/dansguardian was to filter porn and other bad sites from my kids. I have 5 pc's that connect to switch and in the web proxy settings I point them at the squid box. All that is working fine now but my 13 year old is smart enough to change his pc gateway to the dlink and to take off the proxy settings and then he gets out withou going through the filter. On the dlink I am able to set up mac filtering allowing only the squid box to the internet, this way my kid can't get tricky unless he spoofs the mac of the proxy server...which he probably can do. When I do that all works well except the internet gaming, it tries to connect but at one point the game site must try something with udp and then it hangs and the site doesn't come up. If I keep the mac filter off, it works ok going through the proxy...

Do you use ipcop? is it good? It looks like the last release was last year but then a bunch of patches...anyway to get the latest including the patches? I'm downloading it now, I'll give it a try tomorrow.

ipcop doesn't seem to do the same thing as dansguardian. Dansgaurdian is a really good web filter...
