How to download nvidia driver using only the command line?

Hi,

I am on Slackware 14.1 (not current).

I try to download the following nvidia driver, with only the command line since I do not have a GUI, and in order to install the driver from the nvidia binary by following the informations at http://docs.slackware.com/howtos:har...hics_drivers?s[]=nvidia#installation_via_the_nvidia_binary.

The driver is available at: http://us.download.nvidia.com/XFree8...64-304.131.run

However, the nvidia websited do everything in order to prevent me from dowloading it, by dening permission access to the full nvidia.com website from lynx and wget refuses to download by running
Code:
wget http://us.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86_64/304.131/NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-304.131.run
, apparently since I have to agree to the license.

Has anyone succeeded at downloading from nvidia website?

This is where having a rescue USB comes handy. I've kept GRML on one of my USB sticks for many years now, it is just something you got to have if you work with computers. SystemrescueCd is another option. USB thumbdrives are cheap.
