How to configure two lancard in one ip

I have one D-link 570 Lan card which is basicaly 4 port server lan card. I have driver for win 2000.
When i install the driver in win 2000. Its take 5 no of ip. each ip for 1 port and last 5 ip is common for all port. i.e if you connect through 5 ip then its automatically disturbed the load in all diff port.
I want same type of facility in Linux. I able to configre all 4 port with different ip and all port is working fine. but i want that user only know one ip and depends upon load it automatically client will be connect in all ports.
