how to check who has the highest bandwidth in a network?


hi,

currently i've face a problem of having a slow internet connection on our office, i was asked to check who among the users under the network uses the most.

is there a way how to check it?

1. You can use "ipband" software (it's open source.)
2. If you are using iptables for individual PC, You can create a script to find bandwidth by that too.
3. iptraf is able to find each connection and traffic used by the connection.
