How can i start graphical application in x environment using PUTTY?

i can start applications like Openoffice, firefox and other graphical app inside terminal on gnome.

but how to do same thing in PUTTY?

(1) Install an X server on your client if you don't have one
(2) Connection > SSH > X11 > [ ] Enable X11 Forwarding

Thanx but i just want to type app command in remote console and that app runs remotely in X environment like Gnome.
so i just have to do thing only using command console, not configuration in putty itself, so i can do same thing inside script like PHP

set DISPLAY to the remote display. ":0" I believe? then start your program
