Lightbulb how can I secure my nis server ?can I use openSSL to secure it form sniffing ?


I wish to secure my NIS sever withiout using ldap & kerboros .plz suggest me the way to configer my NIS server,?
plz suggest if i could use openSSL to secure it from sniffing ?
