Hostname Not Displayed

I am using RedHat Linux 8.0 and a Netgear Wi-Fi AP Router. When checking for attached devices on the router, I do not see the Linux HOSTNAME but the MAC and IP address are being dislayed. Other machine names are being displayed as well.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
