Help with keepalived!!

Hi to all,

I need some help with keepalived..I wanted to know what do the "notify_master" and "notify_backup" options mean. I want to know how to execute a command on the backup PC when the master PC fails.

Warm regards,
Visham

Hi to all,

I got the answer from Alexander Piavka in the netfilter-failover mailing list. He said:
Quote:
the script specified by notify_master is run every time the node becomes master, and notify_backup every time it becomes backup. So you can add whatever you want to these scripts depending on your needs.
Hopes this info is of help to others..

Warm regards,
Visham
