Help required on using multiple ISP link

Dear all,
I have Dell sc440 with raid and had installed Red Hat Enterprise LInux. I have configured Squid, Apache and Bandwidth Shaping already. It has 3 ethernet cards. Things I got to do:

ISP1 link (will be using for VOIP purpose only) 202.70.45.3
ISP2 link (will be using for Web access purpose only) 202.79.12.5

How can i use both the above links on my Dell sc440 and distribute to my clients(voip/web). Do i need to tell Squid to pass the traffic through ISP2 link for web access ?

I need to give public IP addresses to the clients who will be using VOIP from the same server, how can i make it possible my frens ? Your urgent assistance is required.
I need to seperate and distribute two links from same server, could it be possible ?
Thank you in advance.

check chapter 4 or lartc.org for load balancing links. at a more generic level you can just take the lessons there and remove the load balancing side and just mark with iptables based on other underlying traits, i.e. port number to signify voip traffic.
