Question Help needed

can or not if my server is linux red hat and my client is windows xp......
if can show me how to do it b coz im a new b with linux.

well i will install WAN network.so my server is linux red hat and my client is windows xp.the prob is i cant find my server.it`s also happen with my client cant find the server
