Guidance needed - submitting a new driver to Open Source
The company I work for is writing a driver for a new networking product it is developing. What we will want to do is submit the driver to the open source community for review/feedback and progress towards inclusion in standard Linux distributions. I've been asked to facilitate the process of making this happen, and I've Googled a fair bit without finding out anything that really helps me get started on this process. I would really appreciate any pointers, links, FAQs, contacts, etc, that would help me get started.
