GUI and apache2

Is there a gui that works with apache2. I have tried comanche3 and it did install but the default settings for the files it needed were wrong, finally got it configured now it will not start back up and I do not even know the command to get it up. Please help haveing a heck of a time getting the server to do what I want , not reall a command line guy.

hi there barstowkid,

i have never really used a gui for apache, i have found the editing of the httpd.conf file to be more beneficial...the learning of it is tedious and long but u will have a much more indepth and correct understanding of apache! (aslo do searches on httpd.conf. it brings up stacks of examples)

however i have found the "webmin" tool is useful in some cases, although it is terrible in other aspects!!

other then that i cant help u very much sorry

Ed.
